1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by XPS Pte Ltd ("XPS", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services Description

XPS provides managed IT, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and AI automation services. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in their individual Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Statement of Work (SOW).

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a specific SOW, all materials, methodologies, and software provided by XPS remain the property of XPS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your internal business purposes during the term of our agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
